Refund policy
We do not accept exchanges or returns on bikinis as they are considered intimate garments.

At Wahela Shop, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Wahela Shop.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
