Delivery Scope
We ship throughout Spain and internationally to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Times

Shipments within Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 2 to 5 business days.

Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5 to 10 business days (customs delays may apply).

International shipments: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary during high-demand periods (sales, promotions, summer, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Important Information
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we can resend it once the new shipping costs are paid.
